Plain language, ahead of a lawyer’s pass. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds Restoration Auto until Eric confirms a vehicle, a price, and the title status in writing.

The cars

Vehicles may have salvage or rebuilt titles, prior collision damage, and cosmetic damage that was left on purpose. Those facts are on the vehicle page. A page can be wrong; the title in hand and a pre-purchase inspection beat the website. You should inspect, or hire someone who will, before you buy.

Prices

If a price is not on the page, there isn’t one published. A number in an email is a conversation until you and Eric agree.

No warranty from the website

Descriptions are written in good faith from the auction record and the shop. They are not a warranty. Any warranty, if one is offered, will be a separate document.

The site

Don’t misuse the form. Don’t try to break the studio. Photos and the Restoration Auto name and logo belong to Restoration Auto.
